Things you need to know for your concert visit …
Hygiene and safety regulations
We are very happy to welcome you again!
Your safety is our top priority! We make sure that all necessary hygiene measures are taken. Please help us to ensure that your concert visit remains safe for everyone.
The current rules: “2G plus” with mask obligation (as of January 12, 2022)
Due to the Corona regulations of the Bavarian State Government (15th BayIfSMV), the “2G plus” rule continues to apply to the concerts of the BRSO. This means that concert attendance is only possible for persons with a valid proof of vaccination or convalescence and a negative rapid antigen test (24 hrs old) or PCR test (48 hrs old).
If you have received a booster vaccination, you are exempt from the additional testing obligation from the day of this vaccination. In addition, the testing obligation does not apply to persons who have recovered from an infection after having been fully vacinated. Please bring the above-mentioned proof and a photo ID with you to your concert visit. Children and adolescents from the age of 12 must also show proof of vaccination or convalescence and proof of testing.
Wearing an FFP2 mask is mandatory at all times while in the venue. This also applies at the venue during the concert.
We ask for your understanding that the “2G plus” checks will take considerably more time at the entrance (2G proof + test proof + ID check). We ask you to arrive at the venue early, but no later than 30 minutes before the concert begins. Admission begins 90 minutes before the concert starts.
The new regulation also stipulates that only 25% of the seats in the hall may be occupied. Should the City of Munich’s incidence exceed 1000, the concerts would have to be cancelled altogether.
Please inform yourself proactively about the current regulations before your concert visit, as they can change at short notice.
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we ask you to observe our hygiene rules:
All tickets are sold subject to change, since the state government may alter its restrictions on the number of concertgoers at any time. When you purchase your tickets, your contact details will be collected for recontacting purposes. Please note that as the purchaser of the tickets, you are obliged to be able to name the visitors to the event at any time and to provide their contact details (name, address and telephone number or mail address) on request. Please also forward these visit instructions accordingly to the concert visitors / your accompanying persons.
An FFP2 mask must be worn when entering and leaving the venue and for the entire duration of the concert.
Persons who cannot wear a mask due to a disability or for health reasons and can prove this on site are exempt from the mask requirement. Proof is an original written medical certificate that includes the full name, date of birth and specific details of the reason for the exemption.
Children under the age of six are exempt from the mask requirement. Children and adolescents between the ages of six and 16 are only required to wear a medical face mask.
“2G plus” RULE
Adults and young people aged 12 and older will need proof of testing and proof of vaccination or convalescence to attend the concert. If you have received a booster vaccination, you are exempt from the additional testing obligation from the day of this vaccination. In addition, the testing obligation does not apply to persons who have recovered from an infection after having been fully vacinated.
Please have your identity card (student ID for students) and the following proofs ready upon entry:
– Negative rapid antigen test (certified, no more than 24 hours before to concert start) or PCR test (not older than 48 hours)
– vaccination certificate proving complete vaccination protection against COVID-19 (from 14 days after final vaccination or from the day of the booster vaccination with a vaccine approved in the EU)
– or in case of a past COVID-19 infection: proof of positive PCR test result, which is at least 28 days old and not older than six months.
Non-certified rapid antigen tests are not valid as evidence.
A list of testing centers in Munich can be found at www.muenchen.de
Adolescents and schoolchildren 12 years of age and older are subject to the same rules as adults, and the “2G” rule now also applies to them.
Children not yet in school and children up to the age of 12 who are in regular school testing are exempt from the 2G plus rule. For school-age children, the student ID card or a comparable document proving school status is sufficient.
If you do not fall under the categories “vaccinated” or “recovered”, you can have your concert tickets refunded. To do so, please contact the point of sale where you purchased your tickets. We ask for your understanding that the refund of your concert tickets will take some time.
Persons who cannot be vaccinated for medical reasons and who prove this by presenting a written medical certificate containing the full name and date of birth of the person concerned and also provide proof of a PCR test (negative PCR test, carried out max. 48 hours before the start of the concert) may attend the concert.
Please reserve enough time for admission and the necessary “2G plus” check. Admission begins 90 minutes before the concert starts. We kindly ask you to arrive at the venue early, but at least 30 minutes before the concert starts.
Your ticket assigns you to a numbered seat and informs you how to reach it. Please adhere to these. We will gladly help you find your seat at the concert. This is mandatory for contact tracking.
Keep a distance
Always keep a sufficient distance from others throughout the venue and upon entry. Therefore, check your tickets: If you are seated in the middle, please take your seats early. If you are sitting on the edge, please wait until the row is filled.
HEALTH HAS TOP PRIORITY!
You bear responsibility for your own state of health. Unfortunately, you will not be allowed to attend our concerts if you feel ill. Your health and the health of the entire audience takes precedence.
WASHING AND DISINFECTING HANDS
Please remember to wash your hands thoroughly with soap, or use the disinfectant dispenser in the foyer.
Wherever our performances take place, we ensure that all ventilation requirements are met for the venue concerned.
KEEP INFORMED AT SHORT NOTICE
Before your concert you should proactively seek information on current official regulations. They can change at short notice.
In exceptional cases tickets may be transferred to another person, provided the new concertgoer enters all of his or her personal information in a printed form. Click here for the relevant form and for further information.
Latecomers can be seated in free seats located at the sides of the back rows, if available. Should this prove impossible because all the side seats are occupied, latecomers will unfortunately not be admitted to the concert, and their ticket prices will not be refunded.
VIOLATIONS OF HYGIENE RULES
Unfortunately, those who fail to observe the above-mentioned rules of hygiene cannot be admitted to the concert. Here, too, their ticket prices will not be refunded.
Despite the restrictions, we wish you a wonderful concert experience and look forward to seeing you!
