These and many more are Lang Lang’s associations with Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No. 1. BR-KLASSIK met the pianist beforehand, at the public final rehearsal in Munich. On May 1, 2015, Lang Lang played Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto with the symphonic orchestra under the baton of Andris Nelsons.
