BRSO on tour in Europe
March 2019

Wien, Luxemburg, Amsterdam, Paris – Mariss Jansons and the BRSO will be touring Europe from 17 to 23 March 2019. Also, the orchestra will be playing Budapest for the first time, at the concert hall “Müpa”.

Latvian organist Iveta Apkalna will be joining the orchestra with Francis Poulencs “Organ Concerto G minor” and Camille Saint-Saëns Symphony No. 3, the “Organ Symphony” – two quite extraordinary pieces. Hector Berlioz’ “Le Carneval romain”, Antonín Dvořák’s Symphony No. 9 and Igor Stravinsky’s “Le sacre du printemps” will be featured on the tour as well.
