BRSO on tour in North America

In April, the BRSO with Principal conductor Mariss Jansons will be on tour again!

After a highly successful tour of Europe just before Easter, the orchestra and Mariss Jansons will travel to North America for their first extensive tour there in ten years. The concerts, featuring symphonies by Mahler, Dvorak and Shostakovich as well as Erich Wolfgang Korngold’s violin concerto with soloist Leonidas Kavakos are scheduled in Washington’s, Chapel Hill, Ann Arbor and Chicago. The tour will be finished in New York’s Carnegie Hall where the orchestra has been a regular also in the last few years.

Here are the dates.
